The Year of the Monkey is nearly upon us and what better way to celebrate than taking part in the biggest Chinese New Year celebrations in Europe. Celebrations take place on Sunday 14th February and will run from 10am to 6pm.
Festivities will kick-off with a grand parade that is not to be missed: 10 lion teams will perform as the floats snake through the streets, starting from Trafalgar Square, up along Charing Cross Road before reaching its final destination – Chinatown, which will be the centre of the New Year party and the ultimate dining destination with over 17 cuisines to choose from. Don’t forget to stop by Chinatown’s spectacular new Chinese gate on Wardour Street.
